Vans Duct Tape Festival Shaper: Troy Elmore

Originally from Huntington Beach, Troy Elmore is a surfer/shaper known for his progressive, but traditional, shapes inspired by the surfing and board designs of the ’60s and ’70s. He also happens to have just released an Elmore x Vans collection that you can find in all of the best surf shops around the world, including the store on the beach right next to you. For this Duct Tape Festival, Troy has chosen to shape a Nuuhiwa-style noserider and a Carl Hayward Rocket Fish, paying homage to some of Huntington Beach’s surf history.
