ART WALL - DAY 2
In the water or out of the water, there's something about skate and surf culture that breeds creativity and bleeds artistic expression. The Art Wall is a reflection of the US Open and a way to highlight the
way surf and skate culture manifest themselves through brush strokes.
The two-sided, 50-foot long, 8-foot tall structure serves as the canvas for painting a collaborative masterpiece. Coming alive over the week, every day a new artist paints their own section of the wall. At the end of each day, an event goer that posts a picture of the art wall can win a piece of the wall, printed onto Converse shoes and Hurley boardshorts.
Come down to the beach and watch the artists in action as they have at the wall with their paint strokes!
