HURLEY'S WALK THE WALK
Think “Battle of the Bands” meets “Project Runway.” That’s what you get with Hurley’s Walk the Walk series, a fashion showdown that empowers the nation’s most creative high schools to showcase their originality and vision with a new Hurley clothing line.
Now in its fourth year, Walk the Walk has taken on a life of its own with nationwide involvement. The WTW at the Hurley US Open of Surfing® will be the ultimate superheat — the first time former champions — along with wildcard Huntington Beach — will face off. Along with HB, the schools include Dana Hills, San Clemente, Lincoln (in San Diego) and Fountain Valley, and you can bet they will be out in full force supporting the lines and shows they develop. This will all play out on the WTW stage at the US Open of Surfing® starting on Friday, July 24. There will be a celebrity panel of judges and a $10,000 donation on the line, so you can be sure these kids will be at their best.
Be sure to get a spot next to the catwalk and witness the future leaders of fashion design battling it out in front of a huge crowd.
